How do I get my default PIN?

  • At any NOVA branch,
  • Email support@NOVAbank.ngor Call 09136666680
  • Contact your Relationship Manager.

Visit any bank’s ATM with the default PIN you were advised and enter your default PIN, then straight away change your PIN before performing any transaction including balance enquiry.

An SMS was sent to your bank registered phone number as your card was printed for you.

  • If you were issued an embossed card, an SMS message should have been sent to you.

Visit your nearest branch or call the contact center (support@NOVAbank.ng /+234 1 280 4000) and request for your default PIN to be re-sent to your bank registered line.

Yes, for a token amount, your NOVA Card can be delivered to any location within Nigeria.

  • N1,000 for Lagos.
  • N2,000 for Outside Lagos.

The NOVA Verve Card can be used on any POS, ATM and Website that has the Verve Logo.

Yes, you can use your NOVA card to make online payments on any gateway that has the Verve logo including Paystack, Quickteller, Flutterwave etc

Yes, your NOVA Card works on popular global sites like Temu, Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, Microsoft, Canva, Google Play Store, Starlink, Facebook Ads, etc.
